Senior Drafter/ CADD Technician

Responsibilities: Prepare complete sets of drawings which involve multiple views, detail drawings, and assembly drawings of equipment, facilitis, or systems where minimal information is provided by rough sketches and/or verbal outlines of requirements. Incumbent utilizes either manual or computer-assisted drafting/design techniques per company standards.

Requirements: Normally requires a high school graduate with vocational technical training in basic drafting and a typically 5 to 8 years' related experience (or equivalent working knowledge/experience), or a 2-year degree in drafting/design technology and 4 to 6 years' related experience. Incombent must demonstrate proficiency in utilizing manual drafting techniques for a varity of non-routine assignments and a working knoledge of CADD for various standard applications.
