Service Tech. - Durham, NC

JOB DESCRIPTION: Conduct maintenance and repair activities in all assigned restaurants.  Train General Managers and Managers on preventative maintenance and equipment operations on a continuous basis.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Repair all equipment, including HVAC, and prescribe physical facility items in a timely and high quality manner according to company standards, policies and procedures.  Maintain and account for truck stock inventory, including the accurate charging and billing of items used for repairs.

Assist as directed in training operations employees and management in proper maintenance and operation of equipment, both on a new basis as well as refresher training.

Complete all administrative requirements of the position in a timely and accurate manner.

Perform other tasks as directed by management and at all times represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc., as a professional in every aspect of performance.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven Experience (This is not an entry level position)

Valid Driver's License

EPA (CFC) Card, CFR 40 Part 82 with date and ID number, Certification Type 1 and 2
