Software Engineer II

This position is for a Software Engineer II (E02) on the Sonja program. This position supports one of four SW Domains on the Sonja program. The position requires knowledge and experience in a large-scale C++ software development effort. The position requires the ability to develop, compile, debug, and integrate various software components into a usable framework that meets derived requirements from the customer. Ability to work within a team environment is a must along with ability to manage individual tasks with minimal management direction.



The ideal candidate has experience in RUP methodologies, has prior Sonja experience or relevant experience on legacy Aurora programs such as Malta, DCCS, CCT, Antero, and has prior experience in leading software design reviews.



Must have a minimum 2 years experience in:
developing applications in C++
integrating software components
using Object Oriented Design methodologies
using SW Development tools such as the Rational Tool Suite (Purify, PureCov, ClearCase, ClearQuest).
Must have a Current and Active SSBI Clearance


Required Education(including Major):



Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another engineering degree that provides a computer science education.
