Solutions Architect

Customer Teams We have an immediate opening for an Enterprise Solutions Architect.  An ESA acts as an internal technical liaison to the sales organization to perform and provide accurate analysis and diagnosis to help solve customer's complex IT solutions problems. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and perform complex product demonstrations and product prototypes for customers. 

- Provide pre-sales advice and help map what the customer needs in order to solve their IT problem. 

- Serve as the facilitator between the field sales, inside sales and technology functions to deliver complete IT solutions. 

- Diagnose and provide analysis across a broad range of products and solutions to help solve moderately-complex customers IT solutions problems.
- Assist in the delivery of high-end presentations and demonstrations to our internal and external customers.

- Accurately track and forecast all potential business transactions in the pipeline.

- Assist management in developing direct sales plans and strategies.

- Build, maintain and monitor the use of the CRM Customer Database.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendor partners.


Key Requirements:

- Requires 8-10 years of technical product support and technical solutions architecture experience. 

- Hands on experience in systems or network administration is preferred. 

- Experience leading large solution project implementations is preferred. 

- Prior experience developing solutions for the federal, state or local governments is preferred. 

- A Bachelor's degree is required and advanced technical certifications are preferred.  Experience may be substituted for education.

- Must possess extensive knowledge across all breadths of technology.

- Must have high-energy work ethic and be available to work non-standard hours during peak season times.
