Sr. Project Architect
Our client, a prestigious A/E firm with a portfolio that boasts some of this century's most important and iconic architectural accomplishments is looking for a Senior Project Architect . We are looking for a Technical Architect with 10 years+ experience, registration preferred, to direct a group of 3-7 Project Architects. This person will handle a project from the creation of CD's on. Must have experience with large projects (100-500,000 sq ft), such as hospitals, schools. museums etc. Will perform code analysis, evaluate the scope of the job, layout construction documents, and still be Autocad fluent so as to draft some of the projects or changes. Will work directly under a company Partner, so position is equivalent to Associate (but no Associate title on hire).
