Structural Engineer Needed!

Our Client a small structural consulting firm is seeking a experienced structural engineer.  Candidate will be working primarily on commerical and institutional projects.  Responsible for engineering design, mark ups, coordination of drawings, backchecking, and correspondence with other members of the design team (architects and engineers).  Position will grow in responsibility as firm grows, wonderful oppurtunity to help build a firm.

 

Required:

 

Degree from a accredited university with a emphasis in structural engineering

2-4 years structural engineering experience

PE not required, but desire to become liscensed is.

Prior exp working with Structural steel and cast in place concrete is a MUST

Work with masonry, post tension concrete, and wood is also preferred. 

Familiarity with auto cad is also recommended. 

This is a small firm so candidate must be self directed and have willingness to be part of a team.
