? Qualification(s) in the discipline of Town Planning / Urban Design / Architecture

? Minimum 5 years of working experience prefer ably in large scale master planning

? Experience in preparing urban design guidelines is an added advantage

? Strong written and oral skills

? Strong graphic, design, presentation, written and oral skills
