Live Nation is the world?s largest diversified promoter, producer and presenter of live entertainment properties including music events, theatrical productions, family entertainment and Motor and Action Sports events. 

 

Responsibilities Include:

? Assist Account Director as a secondary liaise with larger corporate clients of Live Nation Alliances

? Primary liaise with small to medium size corporate clients.  Assist with the development of ?live entertainment? marketing solutions for clients

? Assist with strategic planning for Live Nation?s clients

? Manage all planning & reporting for activated properties ? including budgeting, timelines, system communication, event recaps, etc.

? Lead event marketing activation

? Act as liaison between sponsor and internal Live Nation assets

? Implement contractual benefits including media inclusion, website inclusion, ticket fulfillment, signage, program ads, video spots, banners and other on-site materials across the country

? Establish relationships with internal Live Nation contacts at all levels to implement programs

? Work closely with director to introduce new programs and roll them out in multiple markets across the country

? Manage day-to-day correspondence regarding existing programs

? Develop recommendations for new program implementation  

? Process all program invoices and be accountable for keeping updated budget spreadsheets

? Assemble recaps at end of year

? Take on responsibilities with additional sponsors as needed

 

Education and Experience:

? Demonstrate strong strategic marketing understanding

? Strong event marketing experience

? Preference for prior client, event production and/or agency experience

? Strong background in promotion planning and event implementation

? Experience in use of marketing research

? Exceptional communication skills both oral and written

? Demonstrate strong negotiation skills

? Superior command of Microsoft Office applications ? including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

? Bachelors degree

This position is a full-time, exempt position, with a salary structure commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package including company sponsored medical coverage; paid vacation; and 401(k).
