Allure Home Creation Co., Inc., an industry leader in Home Decor and bathroom accessories is seeking an assistant for our expanding Design/Product Development Department.

The Candidate will provide support to senior designers/management in all aspects of Design/Product Development including the following:

? Assist Senior Designers to develop and execute product design that achieves desired creative strategies and merchant objective.
? Prepare spec sheets and instructions for overseas suppliers to make actual samples as well as concept boards for presentation.
? Track and organize development process from design concepts to prototype and follow-up with overseas factories.
? Any other duty reasonably related to the ones described above.

The ideal candidate will have Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Accessories Design, Toy Design, Fine Arts, or other design-related degree with excellent skill in Adobe Photos hop & Adobe Illustrator (A must). Knowledge of Ned Graphics is a plus.
