Assistant to Marketing Coordinator/Sales Assistant for TV/MEDIA COMPANY:

 

Looking for smart, creative, self- motivated person interested in getting into the TV/Media industry.  MUST be able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.  Looking for a team player who is energetic and willing to participate in all aspects of marketing/sales projects.  Must be self-starter/do-it-yourself oriented person with interests in marketing, strong communication skills and excellent follow-up. Interests in world news and or fashion recommended.

 

Responsibilities Include:Basic administrative duties (phones, deliveries, operating front desk) Assist in maintaining content/updates for several websites Assist in preparing sales sheets with creative content for sales Assist in creation and/or updating of all press materials & preparing press kits Assist in drafting client proposals and/or presentations Assist in maintaining distribution and client databases

 

 

Qualifications:Strong written skills Excellent communication skills Must be good problem solver and able to prioritize! PC literate (including MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel) Familiarity with Content Management Systems for Web a plus! Experience with graphic design a plus!
