Warner Bros Online Inc. seeks an Associate Games Producer for the Games department. Position will help to generate and capture game ideas and manage them to completion. Work directly with game engineers, artists, and other designers toward. completion of games and applications. Write and maintain project plans that include high concepts, schedules, budgets, and game design documents. Work with Rights and Clearance, Brand Assurance, Marketing, Legal, and other internal departments to ensure that the key messages and features of the game are understood. Provide comments on game builds to ensure proper execution against carrier requirements. Stay up to date with industry news and trends. Manage the creation of game marketing assets. Create competative analysys for game titles when necessary. Help manage and contribute to the internal game process pipeline

Requirements
Bachelor?s Degree in game development, game design or relevant areas preferred. Minimum 2 years experience producing interactive games. Experience with online and/or wireless games required. Experience with entertainment properties preferred. Well developed understanding of all aspects of game design, creation and publication. Experience with a wide range of hardware and software platforms used in game development. Detail oriented and able to coordinate work streams for on-time, on-budget delivery while ensuring details are accounted for and acted upon. Able to provide excellent verbal and written communication between team members, partners, vendors, customers, and management. Able to work within deadlines, ensuring high quality, timely delivery and cost-effective delivery. Able to motivate teams, to provide best possible product given time and cost restraints. Creative problem-solver who works well both independently and as part of a team; able to foster and develop others' ideas as well as his/her own. Effective meeting facilitation and presentation skills. Must have experience with and knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of game code and technology (i.e. Java, C++, J2ME/Brew, 3D APIs, etc.). Must have experience with and knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of rendering and modeling applications (e.g. Maya, 3DS Max, Virtools, Renderware, etc.). Must possess excellent problem solving skills. Must be a "self-starter" as well as work in a group project environment. Must be able to prepare and maintain game documentation. Must be able to organize and schedule a high workload, efficiently. Must have the ability to lead several projects without supervision. Must have a flexible and friendly personality to interface closely with internal areas and outside clients. Must be able to communicate effectively with others (staff, management, vendors, etc.). Must be able to understand a user's needs and translate them into a game solution.
