Position Overview:
o Acts as primary individual responsible for the set up, operation, and breakdown of basic to high end Audio, Video, Projection, and Lighting equipment.
o Interacts directly with internal and external clients to meet and exceed their needs and apply floor up selling techniques, where appropriate.
o Develop proficiency in all company computer systems and software programs, including Company billing software.
o Assist team with proper security, storage, transportation and maintenance of equipment. Accounts for all inventories before and after each event.
o Assist with security procedures, monthly and quarterly inventory, and forecasting equipment needs.
Qualifications:
o Must have a minimum of High School graduate/GED, some college preferred.
o Excellent customer service skills proven through demonstrated ability to interact well with people and help others.
o Technical aptitude and basic understanding of how to use audiovisual equipment and computer software.
o Portrays a polished professional image to meet company dress code requirements
o Must be able to accommodate a rotating work schedule to include nights and weekends.
