Broadcast Producer

Do you have a bachelor's degree in mass communication and/or television production and at least five years of experience producing videos? If so, an exciting career as a video specialist within the Video Department of Edward Jones may be waiting for you! Responsibilities include producing entire programs or segments for both internal and external programs that are broadcast on the Edward Jones satellite network. If you enjoy a fast pace, tight deadlines and the excitement that's part of video production, this may be an ideal position for you.

Responsibilities :
-Operating technical equipment, including cameras, teleprompter, audio board, Macintosh computer and studio and remote location lighting
-Producing internal and external programs for broadcast on the Edward Jones satellite network
-Participating as part of the production crew for all projects and broadcasts
-Daily crew assignments
-Involvement in all aspect of video production for both remote shoots and studio production work

Requirements :
-Bachelor's degree in mass communication or television production
-Minimum of five years of experience producing newscasts, special features or documentaries for public broadcasting
-Ability to multi-task
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Fundamental knowledge of video production
