CONTRACT - 3D Artist (NST)

Description of Duties


Creates and animates in game objects


Work in a team that includes, but not limited to, the Art Director, Lead Artist and Designers


Responsible for creating stunning Objects and Characters in a game production environment via MAYA and various in-house tools

 



 

Summary of Requirements
1+ years Maya and Photoshop experience
2+ years experience in game art development
Must possess excellent artistic skill and working knowledge of Game Modeling Texturing and Technical Implementation as they apply in run-time environments
Strong Modeling and texturing skills required
Knowledge of Mel script a plus
Ability to animate world objects
Strong understanding of low poly art principals and techniques
Must be able to work well on a team and communicate openly
Must be self starting and be able to produce quality believable motion with little guidance or supervision
They must be able to work within the confines of a production schedule while still conceptualizing and executing art goals
Strong organizational skills a plus
