OfficeTeam has upcoming openings for a special project. These positions will be responsible for entry and editing of item text and associated data into an Access database with embedded Word files. You should be proficient with MS Word to export data from Access and edit for spacing, font and importing graphics. Intermediate knowledge of Access or a Sequel database is preferred as well the ability to navigate between programs. Familiarity with Zip files, MS Explorer, and editor marks would be helpful. Each individual should be well organized, a quick learner and self sufficient. You should also have strong attention to detail to QC your own work and be able to work well under pressure. This is a deadline driven project where accurate results count. All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.
