Job Function:
Reporting to the Vice President of Creative, the purpose of this position is to ensure that the creative and production process is met while maintaining quality and budget control on multiple catalogs simultaneously. Communicate among and between individuals at all levels in Creative and Merchandising departments to maintain workflow and meet strict deadlines. May also be a "go-to" person for digital asset management system.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and manage creative production schedules, processes and workflow from turnover to release of page files to the printer

2. Manage to an asset management workflow within the creative process

3. Manage to a creative budget

4. Schedule and book talent for photo shoots

5. Schedule and attend turnover, styling and layout presentation meetings

6. Update catalog, budget, photologs and change form charts at the close of each book

Job Qualifications:

? 4-year college degree preferred
? 3+ years catalog or publishing production experience required
? Strong computer skills required:
? MAC, MS Office, Adobe, Quark a MUST
? Prior experience with LAGO a plus
? Excellent communication skills with ability to interact across all levels of the organization
? Highly organized and detail-oriented
? Prior catalog Account Management experience
? Experience managing a creative budget
? Experience securing photography talent
? Previous supervisory experience helpful
