Job Description

 

LA based Entertainment Marketing Agency looking for a concept development specialist.  Agency is involved in world Television, Film,  Music and Gaming

Ideal candidate will come up with innovative solutions and connect the dots that others may not see.

 

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

 

- Development of creative concepts for all accounts.

- Brainstorming with various departments for all new business initiatives.

- Guide and develop creative strategy for all accounts including, beverage, CPG, Technology, Fashion, and Liquor.

- Create and maintain an IDEA File to track concept development by category.

- Work with other US offices to extend creative capabilities.

- Work with outside Graphic designers to bring concepts to life.

 

Skills:

 

- 3-5 years experience in promotion or ad agency environment

- Experience in entertainment promotions a plus.

- Outstanding communication, presentation, written and verbal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet stringent deadlines with a do what it takes attitude

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed.
