As the Creative Director for Novelty Inc. you will be responsible for:

 Leading a creative team in design of products, product packaging, displays and point of purchase materialsManaging multiple projects/priorities concurrently while meeting deadlinesDesigning marketing collateral materialsEnsuring that we adhere to quality standardsCommunicating with China to handle all issues affecting timeliness of product completion

 

Required Experience:

 Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related fieldThree to five years experience managing a creative team of 10+ Strong graphic design portfolio that is highly creative, out of the box thinking, versatile and attention grabbingCreative development and assessment experience and abilityConsumer packaged goods / merchandising experienceFluent knowledge and user of relevant MAC software programs including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Quark, Acrobat, as well as all Microsoft programsCreative problem solving and strategic thinking skillsManaging a high volume of projects and collaborating with team membersDetail orientation with strong organizational skillsCommunication and relationship building
