Desktop Publishing Specialist (4708)

Job Description:
Format proposal/deliverable document text within a high-production, deadline-driven environment. Adhere to all document specifications. Create document layouts/templates, and integrate graphic and text elements. Create and use styles and macros. Design/layout oral presentation slides. Must be detail oriented and quality conscious.

Specific Skills: Expertise in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project, and Adobe Acrobat. Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to effectively interface and communicate with all levels of internal and external customers. Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to constantly changing requirements. Ability to perform quickly with accuracy and quality, under tight deadlines in a production-oriented environment. Willingness to work overtime and weekends, as required.

Desired Skills: Skilled in graphics software, such as Illustrator, PhotoShop, QuarkXPress.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 6-8 years of experience.
