DIGITAL PHOTO COORDINATOR

 

Royal Photographics, Inc. a school portrait photography firm located in Bethlehem, PA is looking for seasonal help for our fast paced office and digital image processing environment.  Enjoy your work with the most modern and up to date computers and equipment in a newly remodeled environment.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CONSIST OF

□ Downloading digital images from flash memory cards

□ Submitting images to our photo lab vendors

□ Edit, crop and title digital images

□ Processes incoming & outgoing portrait orders in a timely manner

□ Shipping small packages

□ Data entry

□ Burn images to CD-R and DVD disks

□ Scan and link subject data with images

□ Track work in production

□ Prompt and regular attendance

□ Keeping our office neat and organized

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must be neat in appearance, positive and professional at all times.  They should  have advanced computer skills and be proficient in MS Word & Excel, as well as familiar with database programs to produce reports and documents as needed.  Extra consideration will be given to candidates with Photoshop experience or a strong interest in computer related digital imaging. 

 

Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational and multi-tasking abilities are expected because this position involves coordinating efforts between vendors, our photography and other imaging staff.

 

Professional presentation & strong customer service skills are needed and a high school degree or equivalent required.  The candidate must have the ability to provide excellent, friendly customer service to anyone and everyone.  They should have dependability, organization and be self-disciplined.  They also must have a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy as well as be able to follow directions and have a willingness to learn.
