WhenU.com, Inc. is looking to hire a Director of Partner Revenue to join our Media Operations team. Responsibilities: - Responsible for total Partner Revenue of the company on all products. Partner Revenue is all revenue not sources through the sales force. - Relentless Daily management of all Partner Revenue sources. - Direct analysis of all Partner Revenue streams, identify and solve issues - Lead Search Products team - currently focused on Toolbar but eventually may include ICE implementations - Identify potential revenue partners for company, initiate contact and screen for potential implementation on WhenU products. Work with Sales team on potential partners (eg, contract, terms, implementation) - Interact with Senior Management regarding strategic initiatives, new business opportunities and high level issues - Build reporting and analysis functionality and processes so that Partner revenue can be managed on daily basis in same manner as Direct Sales business - Lead weekly analysis of search business by keyword, analysis by space, understand areas for growth - Drive CMs to grow Partner revenue based on results of data analyzed. - Create and manage calendar of analysis of partner revenue to assure sustained performance. - Deliverables: Meet and Exceed Total Partner Revenue Goals each quarter Location:
