Director, Promotions

Job Description: ? Oversee, develop and grow the promotions area as a revenue-generating, value-add business within BVG's worldwide marketing organization.
? Work closely with the Vice President, Worldwide Marketing to develop a promotional partnership/advertising integration business model for BVG that generates revenue and maximizes strategic advantages aligned to BVG's product release slate, brand/franchise priorities, online initiatives and existing partner relationships within TWDC.
? Work closely with Brand Marketing to formulate brand promotional strategies, identify promotional partner targets, develop pitch presentations, pursue targets and execute dynamic cross-promotions and in-game integration programs.
? Pursue and secure multi-product promotional partners for BVG that result in effective consumer value-add programs, expanded campaign breadth and greater presence at retail.
? Pursue, develop and execute dynamic in-game advertising programs; work closely with development/production to maximize integration opportunities that enhance the consumer experience while generating incremental revenue and promotional value.
? Supervise and help optimize BVG's marketing synergy opportunities within all partner areas of TWDC.

Education and Experience:
Minimum 8 years experience working in a management role within consumer promotions and marketing required. Direct experience in videogames or a closely-related industry is strongly preferred. College degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
