Executive Assistant III

The WB TV Net. Partners, L.P. seeks an Executive Assistant III for the Advertising/Promotion department. Position type correspondence, reports, labels, contracts, etc. Composes memos and correspondence for supervisor?s review and signature. Coordinates/arranges all Domestic and International travel and hotel accommodations. Arranges executive calendar and schedules meetings, independently or as directed. Answers telephone, distributes mail; sends and receives faxes. Maintains various files, records, indexes and logs. Creates and maintains schedules, reports and matrixes. Greets clients, talent, creative staff and executives. Prepares check requests or expense reports and follows through. Responds to inquiries. Orders supplies. Manages projects or handles specific assignments. Performs research. Performs various related duties as necessary.

Requirements:
High school diploma required. Typing: 60 wpm preferred. PC Skills: must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. 10-key calculator by sight. Must have knowledge of file set-up, maintenance and filing procedures. Must have excellent basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage skills. Must have knowledge of report, letter, etc. format. Previous secretarial experience required. Entertainment background strongly preferred. Familiarity with entertainment industry product and executive roster preferred.
Knowledge of marketing helpful. Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel (in person, telephone, written). Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively. Must be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written/oral instructions. Must be able to work efficiently under time constraints. Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, exhibiting strong follow-up skills. Must be able to prioritize. Must be able to juggle workload of two executives. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, if
and when necessary.
