JOB DESCRIPTION

Field Services Assistants are responsible for typing and proofreading filming notifications; making copies and attaching detailed maps; coordinating distribution of work to field service representatives; picking up finalized permits from Operations department and arranging deliveries.   REQUIREMENTS

1 year previous customer service experience, basic computer & typing skills


Must be organized, possess excellent customer service and communication skills; able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented. Some overtime required.
