Wizards of the Coast, a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc. and the world's largest publisher of adventure games, including Magic: The Gathering Trading Card Game and Dungeons & Dragons Roleplaying Games, has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a freelance basis for 9-12 months.

Knowledge and Skill set needed:

Must have strong knowledge in JP Design, including Rubi Text layout.

Hands-on designer able to execute rough and final comps utilizing the designer's creative tools ? photography, illustration, type, color, texture and dimensions ? with a high level of proficiency and creative vision.

Must be able to develop creative materials with an impact, through an understanding of the target customer, consumer patterns, usage patterns, popular and economic trends.

Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to ?sell? creative ideas to the client are desired.

Graphic design from conception through production, and interaction with Production Manager and Art Director to ensure high quality design is generated as intended

Should be knowledgeable about electronic design, illustration and production using the techniques and shortcuts to creating complex color graphics with combined software applications, with proficient knowledge of file building.

Requirements:
Must be Bilingual (Fluent in English/Japanese) in verbal and written communication

Must have eligibility to work in united states for any company

4 years college degree and/or equivalent experience in graphic design

1 - 3 years graphic design experience

Must be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat, within both an English and Japanese operating system.

Ability to take direction, be flexible and open to change

Desire and ability to learn quickly

Ability to communicate clearly and diplomatically with internal teams and external partners

Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively, make timely and quick decisions in order to meet project deadlines
