Develop the skills necessary to become a successful Brunswick General Manager

Train and develop a team of diverse, energetic people to provide outstanding customer service.

Remind customers that spending time with the family doesn''t have to mean a car trip across the country.

Responsibly manage the assets of Brunswick.

Help ensure profitability by meeting sales, payroll, and cost goals set by your manager.

Communicate positively with Brunswick's customers, fellow employees, and vendors.

2 years of Management Experience required with P&L responsibility
Bachelor's Degree a Plus
Must have General Business knowledge
Experience in Employee Relations a must
Enjoy dealing with customers
Sales experience preferred but not necessary although must enjoy the concept of sales
Comfort level with computers, specifically MS Word and Excel
Ability to work heavy nights, weekends and some holidays
Should be open to relocate after completion of training program (6-12 months)
Above all be able to have fun in any working environment
