Our Technology team is seeking a creative, results-oriented Senior Graphics Designer with at least 8 years of experience in creating visual design thinking creatively to create eye-catching graphics and smooth layouts. Someone with a solid understanding of user interface engineering, conceptual design, information architecture (for ad networks, traditional marketplace applications or web analytics applications), navigation, content presentation, layout and wire-framing. This role requires a creative and original designer who can breathe life to an easy-to use and compelling web application.


Job Description:

The chosen individual will be in-charge of user experience design across all of our products. The individual will design state-of-the-art web application front-ends with intuitive, well-designed application screens, splashy templates (with user interface elements that appeal to entertainment industry C-level executives) while playing a key role in the development of new on-demand web applications for measuring, managing and marketing more than $5 billion per year in non-linear advertising, brand integration opportunities across TV, film, music and video game industries.


Candidate Requirements:

? Masters or a Bachelors degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Media Studies, Human Factors Engineering, Systems Design and/ or related fields

? At least 8+ years experience in web application and UI design

? At least 4-5 years experience working at a single company building web applications, product(s) from concept to completion across multiple releases

? Must understand and employ a customer-centered approach

? Ability to work with talented development team & subject matter experts. Excellent track record of designing web applications with successful customer adoption & market traction

? Extensive experience with web application design, UI design, Visio, Photoshop, Illustrator, DreamWeaver. Employ research methods including content and task analysis, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to identify problems and area of opportunities

? Must thrive in a challenging and intense work environment with the ability to drive process change, innovation, and effectively execute, delivering high-quality results in a timely manner

? In-depth knowledge of user interface design principles. Ability to create prototypes including UI behaviors, user interaction models that conform to specific design and content requirements. Become a recognized and active resource on user interface design issues

? Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills
