SALARY:$28,000 Base/plus quarterly bonuses ($3,000
$4,500 a year)
REPORTS TO:Production Manager

Summary:

Production Coordinator works with various departments within PTG including scriptwriting, media, and editing, facilitating daily operations of the department.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

?Works closely with editors, coordinators and VP of Production to meet schedules and workloads.

?Establishes and maintains contacts with crews in various locations.

?Writes Scripts for upcoming programs. Educational stories in a magazine style format

?Coordinates with Production Manager to present updated information to clients.

?Responds to and assists dept. personnel with various requests.

?Scriptwriting experience (for television) a plus!

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

?Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience.

?Requires familiarity with the television production processes.

?Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ACT.

?Must be a self-starter, possessing very strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently and within deadlines.

?Proven ability to work well with a team and to interact across company departments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

?Ability to maintain confidentiality
