TANDBERG Television is seeking an Interactive Producer and User Experience Specialist to join our Creative Team, which produces interactive television (ITV) programming and user interfaces for broadband, cable, satellite, web, and mobile platforms.

 

We are seeking an articulate, enthusiastic, and creative individual who excels at formulating concepts, designing user experiences, and working with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. Interactive Producer and User Experience Specialist responsibilities include:Leading brainstorms and writing engaging concept documentsPresenting concepts and designs to existing and potential clientsDesigning user experiences, documenting UI specifications clearly and conciselyWorking closely with members of the creative, business, and engineering teams ? including visual designers, UI developers, writers, sales people, customer account managers, and product managers Overseeing projects from initial design through completionPitching in on other creative duties as needed

 To qualify, interested candidates must possess:2-3 years of current experience producing and presenting original concepts and designs for interactive applicationsExperience with user-centered design and user research (usability  testing)An understanding of both the creative process and general technical requirements to produce interactive applicationsProject management experience, detail orientation, and a drive for getting projects over the finish lineStellar presentation, facilitation, conflict resolution, risk assessment, customer management, and written and verbal communication skillsMotivation to perform under pressure both as a member of a team and as an individual owner of creative projectsWillingness to work around the clock to execute flawlessly under pressureProficiency in MS OfficeA Bachelor?s degree or higher, ideally in a New Media or Human Factors discipline
