Position Summary:
Responsible for developing communication plans that achieve Company goals and business strategies. Manage content and delivery of web, print, electronic and multimedia communication, largely to internal audience. Organize and oversee production and event planning for company meetings. Supervise Communication Specialist and Coordinator positions.
Job Duties/Skills:
? Communications writer and project manager for corporate programs and executive level messages.
? Writer and editor for company newsletter, The Big Picture.
? Organize and oversee national meeting planning, including all production, creative and meeting logistics.
? Develop and manage two-way communication through Mailbag (our company feedback process).
? Supervision of Communication Specialist and Coordinator positions, along with all tasks and projects.
? Effectively partner and consult across departments, with field management and with senior executives to develop programs and messages.
Job Requirements:
? 5-7 years of Corporate Communications or related experience
? College degree in Communications, Journalism or English preferred
? Excellent writing skills required; technical, newsletter, web, PowerPoint, speeches and presentations
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook email and related network systems
? Basic design software (PhotoShop) required; advanced skills a plus
? Photography skills a plus
? Strong written, verbal and design/creative skills.
? High level of accuracy and attention to detail
? Knowledge and excitement about movies and video games
