Manager of Creative Service

Job Description:

Manheim a leader in the automotive service industry is seeking a Manager of Creative Services. This key leadership role will manage direction for all presentations and marketing materials generated by and for MICS, including data analyses & reports, brochures and collateral materials, internal reports, presentations and more. The Creative Services Manager will work closely with MICS analysts and consultants to generate custom reports and presentations which accurately represent analytical data in a credible, professional and concise manner. The Creative Service Manager will also be responsible for the design and production presentation by MICS staff, to support speaking engagements.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Works with MICS Consultants and analysts to create reports and presentations for clients, both internal and external, including custom analytics, PowerPoint presentations, website updates, playbooks, white papers and more.

Responsible for the graphic designs, productions and publication of various client marketing and advertising material to promote MICS products and services.

Works with data from various sources i.e., spreadsheets, focus groups, documents) to create graphic representations of the information that is interesting and easily understood by customers. Coordinates production with internal resources and external vendors to ensure information/materials are produced and available on time and within budget.

Manage the daily processes involved in the graphic design projects.

Design and create presentations for new business development, events and at trade shows.

Assist in the editing and proofing of all promotional/advertising copy, client reports and presentations.

Responsible for creating, modifying and designing creative graphic materials that effectively influence our business needs and goals.

Create presentations and collateral material for MICS internal and external customers.

 

 

 

 

 Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree with heavy concentration in graphic design and communication.

6 + years of graphic design and production experience, with direct responsibility for creating visual graphics of complex data and concepts.

3 + years experience in creating presentations/reports for executives and/or clients.

Previous experience in a consulting or financial business preferred.

Proficiency in all MS Office products, with significant expertise in graphic design software (i.e., Quark, Photoshop, Adobe) and Powerpoint presentations.

Business and financial acumen, with a working knowledge of business terms and concepts (i.e, ROI, depreciation, value added etc.)

Creative and innovative problem solver

Strong time management skills, able to work under tight timelines.

Able to quickly adapt to multiple and changing priorities.

Able to synthesize a large amount of information to create graphically interesting and appealing reports and presentations.

Able to work with team members to effectively manage tight timelines and resources

Seeks out opportunities for continuous learning

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
