Manage editorial projects from initiation to completion of job Write, edit, proofread and fact check program materials, manuscripts and slides Proofread and research information for new business proposals Initiate permission requests Incorporate faculty and team changes on copy Be familiar with objectives of projects Check and retrieve references Work with freelance writers, editors, proofreaders, and transcriptionists Attend external program meetings as needed

Qualifications :
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, research skills, knowledge of English grammer, spelling and punctuation Excellent administrative and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and online navigation and information retrieval Experience in writing and editing materials on a variety of clinical areas and pharmaceutical products Working knowledge of AMA style, FDA regulations, ACCME guidelines, and PhRMA Code Minimum of 7 years’ medical editing experience BA/BS in English or Science
