Media Coordinator

Summary

Responsible for scheduling and trafficking ROP/Display ads for a large retail company

Job Description

Create monthly insertion orders and maintain revisions

Serve as main contact for all ROP issues

Maintain current information in AEMS, Vertis Application, for newspaper vendors

Responsible for providing client with several informational reports for each event

Build strong relationships with newspapers

Other responsibilities or projects as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the newspaper industry preferred.

Demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and problem solve.

Customer service focus.

Demonstrated proficiency with Excel. Working knowledge of Lotus Notes or equivalent products.
