We are seeking an experienced Funding Supervisor to support and oversee a team of wholesale funders in our Irving Regional Operations center. Reporting to the Funding Manager, this position supervises loan closings and some post-closing functions. Responsibilities may also include scheduling staff, interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


Requirements:

Top candidates will have:

Associates degree from two-year college or technical school, or work equivalent;
5 to 7 years experience in funding, post-closing or other related mortgage banking operations or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Knowledge of software packages including but not limited to Word Processing, Spreadsheets, E-mail, Internet and Database;
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing;
Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts;
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations; and
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
