PROGRAM DIRECTOR, KFYI/KGME

Clear Channel?s market-leading News/Talk 550 KFYI and XTRA Sports 910 have a prime opportunity for an outstanding news/talk programmer.

 

Primary Responsibilities and Requirements:

 

* Minimum three years programming experience at a winning news/talk operation required.

* Ability to develop programming content that achieves continuous dominate market share.

* Lead high profile air staff through competitive circumstances.

* Must be expert at talent management and development.

* Must have an in-depth understanding on how to interpret research data.

* Required to attend radio station functions and events when necessary.

* Annual compilation and maintenance of operating budgets for radio stations.
