Production Manager - Digital Studios

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Distribute and implement production manual and forms to crew immediately prior to commencement of pre-production.
Communicate production schedule(s) and initial safety concern(s) to the EHS Dept.
Review and coordinate all location agreements with Production Services and Legal
Review and coordinate all Vendor Agreements with Production Services and Legal
Liaison between Digital Studios and Production Services re all compliance /risk management issues
Issue insurance certificates to 3rd parties. Communicate high-risk insurance coverage needs to Production Services
Participate in monthly EHS Safety meeting
Report and coordinate all insurance claims to Production Services
Coordinate workers' compensation reporting and accident investigations with EHS Dept.
Audit production travel procedures

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree and/or 2+ years production or production coordination experience.
* Experience with Studio/ Remote production a must
Requirements:
* Must be able to work rotating shifts and weekends.
* Must be able to work well under pressure.

Desired:
* Demonstrated understanding of production equipment
* Experience with remote production activities including facilities, travel/guest arrangements and resource scheduling and logistics necessary.
* Strong interpersonal, administrative, organizational and computer skills.
