Quantitative Marketing Analyst

Position is responsible for the development and ongoing reporting, modeling and analytics for the Personal Loan marketing team.

Provide marketing analytics to support personal loan initiative.

Develop analytics-driven marketing strategies across the entire credit product life cycle.

Develop predictive models, including response models, segmentation models, and cross-sell models.

Build reporting and tracking platforms for Personal Loan portfolio and marketing campaigns.

Deliver monthly reporting - detailed and executive summary - on portfolio and campaign performance.

Participate as Subject Matter Expert on internal data management projects such as Data Warehouse Build and CRM Platform Build.

Serve as primary liason between PL Marketing Team and the ACOE Team in Bangalore.

Provide ad hoc reporting to answer business needs.

Five years experience in using SAS or other similar analytical software tools, building statistical models, developing production reporting systems, and doing ad hoc analysis.

Strong business acumen and experience in consumer lending environment.

Strong quality/project management experience with proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects.

Masters or Ph.D. in relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, other quantitative disciplines, or MBA with a quantitative concentration)
