Royalties Administrator

Position Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and training all worldwide deal memo input into the Licensing contracts system. In addition, you will ensure accuracy and continuity of recording revenue and royalties reporting and deal memo data is being entered correctly.
Specifically you will be responsible for auditing and updating all fully executed contracts against the deal memos in the system and for all contract administration. Candidate will also act as liaison between user groups and IT to facilitate system needs.

Candidate must be a quick learner, accurate and detailed oriented. A Bachelors degree is required with an emphasis in Accounting or a related area preferred; Must be flexible and able to handle multiple projects; Should be able to communicate effectively in writing and orally; Contract administration or royalty analysis experience in Licensing and Merchandising is preferable. Candidates will have strong Excel and Word skills, experience with the Counterpoint Pelican contracts system is a plus
