CCS's office in Seattle (42nd floor of the Columbia Center Building) is looking for motivated individuals to advance rapidly through our management trainee program.Although many companies have tried to duplicate our business model none have duplicated our success. We do sales and marketing for Fortune 500 clients. CCS is the only outsourced sales and marketing company of its kind in Seattle.

Opportunities exist to start on the ground floor and work your way up. We are an independent firm in the dynamic industry and need local energetic consultants to develop to the Executive Director position and manage expansion offices.

CCS currently plans on opening 20 offices nationwide, and is growing exponentially. The next location is scheduled to open on August 7 in Phoenix, Arizona. We take pride in our training/mentor program, and deliver a very educational and rewarding curriculum.

*Company paid quarterly domestic trips and Annual International events.

Training starts out entry level in the sales/marketing department. This job involves face to face sales of services to new business prospects.

-Great People skills and a positive attitude are a must.
-We prefer an associates degree but not a requirement
-Applicant will be developing into an executive level position overseeing an office of 30-50 employees so natural leadership abilities are also a must.
