FonoLibro Inc. is the leading company in?the production and distribution of audio books in Spanish.? It is a company of Venevision International, an entertainment company that is part of the Cisneros Group.

FonoLibro Inc. seeks a Sales Manager that will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

?

Position Purpose

Responsible for generating new sales and servicing all FonoLibro accounts.

?

Essential Functions

*Generate new sales increasing customer base

*Manage existing and new accounts (distributors, bookstores, Public Libraries and retail)

*Monitor and address changes and opportunities in the retail marketplace

*Develop and recommend sales strategies

?

Specific Job Knowledge and Skills

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish

*Strong knowledge of book industry

*Pro-active

*Excellent customer service skills

*Able to multitask and prioritize

*Creativity and resourcefulness

*Able to work independently

Education

*Bachelor's degree required

*Master's degree preferred

Experience

*3 - 4 years sales experience in book industry
