Senior Accountant, Mobile Phone Media Company

 

Zingy Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to assist our Vice President of Finance with vital, day-to-day financial projects including: general ledger, payables/receivables, auditing and budgeting. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position located in New York City. We will not pay relocation costs for this position.

 

Responsibilities:Accounts payable.Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.Analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations incurred to predict future revenue and expenses.Implement and document key internal processes and procedures.

 

Requirements: BS degree in Accounting/Finance.Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the Accounting field or related area; Big 5 CPA firm experience and MS QuickBooks experience a plus.Strong analytic skills including experience with ExcelDetail-oriented with high organizational and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
