QUALIFICATIONS Job Experience 3-5 Years experience in CRM/Marketing Automation technologies

Education
A Bachelor?s degree required, preferably a Bachelor?s of Science in a Technology or computer related discipline

? Solid experience/knowledge in campaign management

? Experience with business intelligence/reporting solutions

? CRM Technology/Infrastructure

o  Ability to formulate business requirements

o  Project team experience with implementing large CRM infrastructure projects

? Project Strategy and Management

o  Framework setting, direction setting, methodology, driving a project team to completion

? Client Facing

o  Able to communicate project goals to different constituencies

o  Work with multiple business units with varying business objectives

o  Experience in working with clients in technical design and implementation process

o  Able to develop and manage relationships with client project team members

? Relationship Marketing Programs ? general understanding of program strategy, contact strategy, targeting and measurement

? Able to understand business processes and enable Technology solutions to support client?s business

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

? Responsible for the creation and review of as-is and to-be business processes across business units and systems

? Actively participate in business requirements definition and documentation, information requirements, ease-of-use requirements (e.g. how to access), performance requirements, security requirements (e.g. access control) and legal requirements (e.g. customer privacy)

? Develop marketing program based use cases that include business processes and requirements detail

? Work with development team to oversee technical architectures, project development organization and processes and implementation of strategies

? Develop subject matter expertise in domains such as marketing automation, business intelligence, and CRM

? Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to overall technical direction of Technology

? Work closely with the development team to determine daily project status

? Participate in client discussions regarding status and provide technology insights and recommendations

? Accurately estimates his/her tasks and manages multiple deliverables simultaneously

? Able to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time effectively

? Travel: 75~100%

? Strong written and verbal communication skills

? Works with other departments to ensure quality and timely delivery of assignments
