Senior Creative Executive

The WB TV Net. Partners, L.P. seeks Senior Creative Executive for the On Air Creative/Music/Graphics department. Position reports to the VP, On Air Promos and will supervise Writer/Producers and Offline Editors. Will manage his/her employees on both administrative and creative levels. SCE will work closely with Operations, On-Air Graphics, Music and Integrated Marketing depts. Needs to have a strong background in Comedy, Drama and Reality promotion. Will be responsible for two of the six CW broadcast nights. Will be the creative leader for specific programs and will oversee all special projects for these programs. The SCE will distribute the workload among his/her four reports. The SCE will also be a hands-on writer/producer on projects determined by the VP of On Air. On special shoot assignments, it is expected that the SCE will occasionally serve as director / on set creative director. The SCE will also supervise all radio promotion, internet and wireless promotion, cable promotion for his/her shows. The SCE will determine the amount of spots needed for each of their specified night/programs and will work closely with the manager of scheduling on the placement and broadcast rotation of their promotion. Responsible for branding assignment and featurette assignments in addition to regular duties. Will supervise outside promotion vendors when needed.

Requirements:
5+ years of management exp in On-Air Promotions, supervising Writer/Producers and Editors. Broadcast, Cable or major market experience is required. Must have strong Comedy, Drama or Reality promotion background
