Job Description:

This is a fast-paced world wide creative department. Candidate must be able to work in high pressure, critical deadline-driven position with diverse personalities. Attention to detail and accuracy is critical. Candidate must be a multi-tasker, able to manage dozens of projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to purchasing prepress for consumer packaging, consumer and trade print advertising; prepress and printing for marketing materials and in-store POP. Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of printing (litho, silkscreen, digital) and be a shrewd negotiator. Candidate will evaluate art and layouts for suitable reproduction. A good eye for color is a must. Ideal candidate will have experience producing temporary and permanent displays and fixtures.

Candidate must be self-directed, organized and resourceful. Should be process-oriented, but flexible enough to perform when process hasn't yet been defined or isn't being followed. The person in this position must instill confidence with co-workers. Ideal candidate would be proficient in basic office applications (Word, Excel, Filemaker Pro) on Mac and PC and would have a working knowledge of graphic arts applications (Quark, Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop).
