Skills: Strong development experience and proficiency in .NET and C#, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, CSS, XSLT, XML, Web Services, and SOAP, in addition to database development using SQL Server 2000 and 2005, MySQL, Oracle, T-SQL, SSIS, and SQL Reporting Services.

Job Description:

Currently seeking a highly-motivated Senior Software Developer who has a demonstrable track record of being an effective and creative team member in a fast-paced, dynamic environment creating complex software applications, while being a strong contributor to the diverse range of projects.

The Senior Software Developer will provide high quality technological solutions that address business needs by developing top-notch Web and component-based applications within a profuse amount of rapidly growing technology environments. This position will be a member of the Interactive Technology and Digital Distribution team and will participate in the development of key software components.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, driven by the desire to learn, and be able to work within a team or with a vendor to provide a solution or solve a problem. Prior experience working in an exciting, cutting-edge, entrepreneurial start-up environment which is in step with modern software architectures and technologies is a huge plus. This position will be responsible for working collaboratively with other technology teams in order to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements / Qualifications:

?CS degree and at least five (5) years of software development experience.

?Must have development experience using Microsoft tools, C#, .NET, PHP, HTML, DHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

?Strong relational database skills with experience in application development using SQL Server, MySQL and T-SQL.

?Must have a strong background in object-oriented concepts, analysis and design.

?Aptitude and desire to deliver high-quality software quickly through iterative development.

?Excellent communication and organizational skills.

?Must have excellent analytical, problem solving and code-reading skills.

?Experience in consulting or within a software development company a strong plus.

?Ability to assist in the deployment to testing, staging and production environments.

?Must be proactive and work well in a team, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

?Experience with large e-commerce web sites is desirable.

?Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.

?Solid professional references a must.
