Sr Financial Analyst

Job Description: Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Compliance & Controls Group 19287

This Corporate Controllership position is primarily responsible for assisting the Director of Corporate Compliance and Controls with running the overall Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Section 404 compliance program, maintaining and updating the Company's accounting policies and procedures, and other special projects. The position responsibilities include:
Assisting business units with SOX 404 related issues
SOX 404 testing of entity level controls
Maintaining the SOX 404 software (CAT Tool) including training end users, running quarterly and annual reports, and implementing enhancements (as needed) to the tool
Ensuring business unit compliance with the SOX 404 calendar
Reviewing business unit action plans for all SOX 404 deficiencies and ensuring timely remediation
Developing, updating and implementing enhanced Company-wide accounting policies and procedures
Resolving limited intercompany system/account issues
Developing and implementing enhanced Company-wide controls and processes as recommended by Management Audit or Continuous Improvement.


Qualified candidates will have 3+ years work experience in auditing and or accounting. Position requires a general understanding of internal controls and control environments. A BS in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance is required.

CPA is preferred. Candidates should be creative, analytical, have good interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, work in a highly organized and efficient manner, and a driver that can take projects to completion in a timely manner
