We have an immediate opportunity at our world headquarters in Melrose Park, Illinois for a Sr. Graphic Designer.? This position is responsible for the design management and artwork execution of a specified brand, and is the design guardian of the visual equity and integrity of that brand.

Key Responsibilities for the Sr. Graphic Designer:

?Provision of packaging and collateral artwork for a specific brand.? To be a close liaison between brand team and the creative services manager to achieve consistent brand imagery reflecting the brand?s core valuesTo manage graphic projects and priorities within agreed time-frames, liaising closely with all line managers, manufacturing, suppliers or outside agencies ensuring achievement of packaging related goalsRequired to provide regular feedback to the Manager of Creative services regarding artwork work flow and approval, while constantly striving to improve processes and approval timelinesTo assist the brand team with the development and maintenance of longer term identities and evolutions of the brand image within the company vision that can be leveraged across the range and internationallyMaintenance of packaging brand library in both content and quality. Responsible for the execution of Digital artwork approval pertinent to the brand.

Experience and Skills requirements:

?Four-year college degree?field: Web Design/Computer ScienceAt least 1-3 years of related work experienceExposure to project management is an asset
