Value Add Functions:
?Works with business process owners and IT Process Development Manager to define and conduct process analysis projects based on Siemens Process Framework (SPF) methodologies and tools (e.g., RPH, ARIS).
?Facilitates and/or leads process teams through the change initiatives necessary to achieve optimized business processes across the organization
?Drives process documentation effort to enable process owners to control business processes with identified Key Performance Indicators.

Key Competencies / Experiences:
Required Education and Prior Work Experience:
- B.S. Degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
- 5-8 years of prior (full-time) work experience
- Prior experience defining and modeling processes
- Prior experience leading/facilitating project teams to improve business processes using quality methodologies
- Prior experience managing change initiatives in a large corporate environment
- Ability to coach, develop, and support process owners on process change project teams
- Ability to effectively use MS-Office Productivity software suite, including Visio

Desirable Attributes:
- Prior experience documenting processes in the field of CRM, SCM, and/or PLM
- Prior knowledge and experience with industry-standard process models and controls such as SCOR, COBIT, ITIL, COSO, etc.
- Prior experience implementing quality management systems in an organization
- Prior experience using process modeling software such as IDS-Scheer?s ARIS
- General working knowledge of web-based information publishing tools and techniques
- General working knowledge of databases
- Ability to review, understand and put into practice guidelines related to process definition
- Six Sigma Greenbelt is requested, but not required

Other:
- Up to 40% travel may be required ? international as well as domestic
- Strong verbal and written English language skills are required
- German language skills are not required, but would be beneficial
