Salary: From 90,000.00 to 110,000.00 USD per year

Leading commercial lender looking for Senior Underwriter for Boston office. This person will work with underwriting analysts, regional underwriting manager and closely with business development officers. Coordinate appraisals, valuations and field examination. This position will facilitate the loan closing process from credit committee approval to closing, execute documents on behalf of the lender, and coordinate the account executive introduction and take-over field examination. There is an annual bonus!

Qualifications :
Qualified Candidates should: Have a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial lending. Credit analysis asset based or cash flow. Underwriting experience required with some loan closing experience preferred. Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance. Team player who is motivated and looking for growth.
