Ticket Center Coordinator

POSITION PURPOSE: The Ticket Center Coordinator provides a high level of service to all Retail Locations; responsible for making consistent visits to each location answering questions and problem-solving; developing professional relationships with store personnel and providing supplemental training as necessary; and completing field visit reports and performing any follow-up as needed. Quality Assurance responsibilities include supporting, training and assisting Retail Locations; providing customer service; assisting with questions; identifying marketing opportunities; delivering supplies and ticket stock; resolving problems as well as the general monitoring and reporting of Retail Location sales and activities while making sure TM standards are in effect. Duties also include supporting and assisting Retail Locations through telephone customer service, handling customer complaints and problems, completing various daily office tasks, working with general reports and monitoring ticket center progress.  Will perform other administrative duties as assigned. 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous Ticketmaster or box office experience is preferred. All applicants must have a H.S. Diploma or equivalent.  All applicants should have strong communication and organization skills, have excellent telephone etiquette, and be detail oriented and self-motivated.  Successful applicant will have Retail and Customer Service experience combined with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.  Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.  Successful candidate should have the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.  Candidate must possess a valid Driver?s License and reliable transportation.  Candidate will be expected to use personal vehicle to conduct company business and will be reimbursed according to company policy.
